Is the service really anonymous?
Yes the service really is anonymous. We can pay you by email address if you have a PayPal account. This is very easy to set up by visiting www.Paypal.com

I know a person who has moved house to avoid paying their bills and I know where they have moved to. How much will I get paid?

How soon will I get paid?
Once the information you have provided has been verified and the client has made contact with the person, you will be contacted through your email to arrange payments. There are no set timescales for individual payouts.

Will the person know I have informed you about them?
No! The person does not know at anytime how we tracked them down. Our policy is never to reveal when or how information we gain on a debtor is obtained. Confidentiality is the cornerstone of our business.

I know a person who has moved house to avoid paying their bills and I know where they work?
Let us know their work address, any contact numbers and together with their previous address, we can check to see if any of our clients are seeking to establish contact with them.

My former next-door neighbour in London now lives in Edinburgh. Can I submit his details for tracing, even though he now lives so far away?
Yes you can. Debtcatchers can trace "runaways" anywhere in the UK. Scotland, England, Wales or Northern Ireland.

I have bills that I left behind at my previous address, can you help me?
Yes we can! First you will need to fill in the form about yourself together with your previous address and new address. Make sure to let us know that you are submitting your own details in the extra information box and we will check on your behalf to see which of our clients are seeking to establish contact with you.

Who pays me?
Debtcatchers.com pay you. We pay you out of money we receive from clients that have established contact with the person who owes money and has began to pay the outstanding money back.

What is the maximum payout?
There is no maximum or minimum payout. All payments collected from clients are distributed accordingly between the company (Debtcatchers.com) & the company’s client (You).
